When will my order ship?

We know the feeling—once you fall in love with something, you want it in your hands. That’s why we process all orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, your order will arrive in 3–7 business days via free standard U.S. shipping. Please note that during holidays or high-volume times, delays may occur—but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet. For now, faaas ships exclusively within the United States. We’re growing, and we hope to bring faaas to more hearts and homes around the world in the future.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express or overnight shipping is not available at this time—but we promise we pack every order with speed, care, and intention.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free, with no restocking fees. Just ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags. Please note: Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I start a return?

It’s simple. Send us an email at faaasm4u@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and walk you through the process step by step.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order. This ensures faster delivery and availability.

How do I know what size to order?

How do I care for my faaas pieces?

We design with intention, and we encourage the same in care. Most of our garments prefer a gentle cycle in cold water and to be air-dried. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page and inside the garment label. Treat them with tenderness—they’re made to last.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. Your checkout is encrypted and fully secure.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your information. Your privacy and security are deeply important to us.

Will I be charged tax?

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with U.S. state regulations.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Do you offer gift packaging or handwritten notes?

Not yet, but we are dreaming of adding these personal touches soon. In the meantime, all items arrive beautifully and carefully packaged, ready to feel like a treat.

Is faaas sustainable?

We believe in mindful fashion—designed to last, made with care, and never rushed. While we're not perfect, we are committed to low-waste practices, considered production, and timeless designs that don’t chase trends. Our packaging is recyclable, and we continue to explore ways to do better, gently.
